1.1 Fleet Eco-Score for the Current Month (option)

Eco-driving score calculated for all vehicles in a fleet.

This score appears if your fleet has the eco-driving option enabled and if it has been activated in the general settings:
Settings / General Settings / Home page: Display the fleet eco-score on the home page > Yes

1.2 Vehicles in Motion

List of vehicles currently in motion.

Vehicles can be filtered by entering the vehicle name, brand, ID, etc. in the “Filter vehicles” field.

It is also possible to select a group, provided that the group has been created beforehand.

This table may contain:

1.2.1 Vehicles

Lists all vehicles in the fleet currently in motion, including: model, license plate, assigned drivers, vehicle ID

1.2.2 Status

Displays data for vehicles currently in motion such as:

  • the duration for which the vehicle has been moving;
  • the vehicle’s estimated total mileage (satellite-based, which explains possible differences with the odometer, unless the vehicle is equipped with CAN bus);
  • the battery level of the unit (depending on the type of vehicle, e.g. trailer);
  • beacons (identifier of a tool present in the vehicle);
  • temperature (current temperature measured by sensors installed in the vehicle);
  • stationary status;
  • driver identification if variable;
  • fuel level (option);
  • engine RPM (option);
  • PTO – Power Take-Off

1.2.3 Speed

Real-time vehicle speed.

1.2.4 Location

Displays the vehicle’s real-time location.

By clicking on the pin, it is possible to create a geographical zone centered on the current position.

1.2.5 Actions

Daily report: all trips made by the vehicle during the last day on which the vehicle was driven.

Monthly report / Vehicle summary report: all trips made by the vehicle during the current month.

Today’s trips: displays all trips of the day on a map.

Vehicle tracking: real-time vehicle tracking on the map.

1.3 Stationary Vehicles

List of vehicles currently stopped.

This table includes the same options as vehicles in motion (see 1.2 Vehicles in Motion).

1.4 Vehicles Out of Coverage

List of vehicles currently offline or outside satellite/network coverage.
